Due to the internal focus of the IFS work this method lends itself very well to webcam or telephone sessions.
My Skype Practice
My preference is to work via Skype. I find that with phone-only, I may not discern (for example) a dissociating protective part of the personality, which may be responsible for a silence. When I have visual contact I can track things like changes in the face (furrowed brow etc) indicating a part may have come in. I also feel more engaged and connected when working face to face.
When using skype make sure you have everything else shut down (it uses a lot of computer power). It is a good idea to have my phone number handy too in case the video feed freezes.

Payment
Online payment methods accepted include PayPal / Credit Card. Transactions must be completed prior to the beginning of each session. My rates are $140/session.
