Hello and welcome to my website.

Choosing a therapist to work with can be a difficult task. I have designed this website to be informative about my background, style of working and areas of expertise.

Therapists bring their own philosophical beliefs into the work. Mine can best be summed up as: You are the expert on your own life, I help remove the blocks to your expertise.

My understanding is that you have all the strength, skills and capacities to work through the challenges in your life. You may need some help to recognise how you block your own awareness of these skills and capacities. My job is to help you recognise the answers that lay within you, and support you in translating these solutions into your life.
